Our core operation is within the ferrous metal market, where we purchase, sort and process steel scrap for sale direct to steelworks and foundries throughout England and Wales.

Our material is widely regarded for its exceptional quality, a result of which is our ability to pass on increased rebates to our suppliers. We prepare every single package of material to a specification given by our customers. All material is extensively sorted to remove non-metallics and non-ferrous metals; so confident are we of our quality that we offer to collect material which is out of specification, at our expense.

We have on-site processing facilities including;

• 500 tonne shear/baler, producing 2ft x 2ft bales

• Oxy-Propane cutting of oversize material

• Hydraulic cranes with magnet and grab attachments to suit a specific requirement

We work closely with our customers to determine material requirements. For example, we hand sort short profile for a large foundry customer that is regularly praised for its bulk density.

In addition we guarantee that all loads are free from sealed vessels, including cylinders and sheared tube/pipe.
